Shop Lease

The legal part, kept as short as a lease on a very small shop. Flipping the sign counts as signing it.

Who may rent

Tenants must be at least 18 and adults where they live. The key, and the password it stands for, are in your keeping.

What is on offer

Entertainment: talk with invented shopkeepers, their lines produced by an AI model. None of it counts as fact, and none of it should be taken as advice on health, law, money or the rest. She may slip, and the best are cheerful about it.

Rent

You prepay for Regular status in USDT; it covers exactly those days and then stops. Money sent in a different amount, or on a different network, may never arrive, and the town hall has no way to retrieve it. No refunds are given on it, except where the law requires one.

House manners

Respect the awning rules and the law, and keep within the chat's boundaries. Anyone who attacks the site, copies the street wholesale or resells a place on it can be paused or shut.

Your words

What you write is still your property. We keep and process it for the single purpose of running safe visits; rule-checking software reads it too.

Changes to the street

Shops, shopkeepers and the whole street can change, rest or close. Before any change reaches what you receive, the street gossip announces it. We stand behind only what the law forces us to, and we cannot be made to pay you beyond what you spent in the last month, where the law lets us set that cap.
